From A/B testing to a full-service revolution
In mid-2023, I took on the challenge of steering our Auto CRM solution in a new direction. Initially launched with a focus on SMS A/B testing, the service gained early traction but faced a critical roadblock: engagement remained low.
Recognizing the need for a more holistic approach, I led the transition toward a
full-service CRM solution—one that goes beyond simple message testing to deliver automated, intelligent customer interactions.
Where We Started: The A/B Testing Roadblock 🚦
• Early 2023: Launched as an SMS A/B testing tool, offering manual text campaigns.
• 1,000+ pre-signups showed strong initial interest, but…
• Low retention & engagement signaled a gap between expectations and real-world use.
