Reframing tricky CRM, How I turned a developer-heavy workflow into marketer-driven autonomy

Designed and scaled a no-code CRM automation system that drove 6× revenue growth and secured 50+ B2B client contracts.

Designed a family-centered diabetes care platform adopted by 100K+ users, integrating glucose, diet, and activity into one closed health loop.
