Sometimes my systematic thinking can lead to overthinking, so I'm constantly working to shift into a more fluid, flow-based mindset. Always catching myself and trying to find that balance! Haha

Movement is my medicine.

Sometimes I find myself crying while working out, but it's my way of releasing stress. I love how it refreshes all my thoughts and pushes me to be happy with myself.
